Get to Know Us
At Rudolph Counseling, we are here to empower and encourage you through the difficult seasons and situations that you are facing. We can provide a safe place to meet you where you are on your journey, and partner with you while you walk your path. Our counselors use evidence-based psychological treatment techniques and practices, along with faith-based principles and values. We believe counseling is a sacred trust between you and your counselor. The goal of this trusted relationship is to improve your quality of life by helping you overcome false beliefs, challenge negative narratives, calm your anxiety, resolve conflict, and heal past trauma. Working together, we will identify client strengths, explore healthy solutions, and develop strategies for hopeful living. As practicing Christians, we appreciate the importance of faith in the process of change and healing. We also recognize faith as a journey in itself. We understand that not every client is seeking support from that perspective; however, for clients who are, we welcome those conversations to be present in your process.
We offer daytime and evening appointments.
In-office, tele-therapy, phone, and walk & talk options are available.

Trauma Based Approach
Support That Makes a Difference
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
EMDR therapy uses bilateral stimulation, right/left eye movement, or tactile stimulation, which repeatly activates the opposite sides of the brain, releasing emotional experiences that are "trapped" in the nervous system. This assists the mind/body connection, to free itself of blockages and reconnect itself.
Heartmath
HeartMath technology is an innovative approach to improving emotional wellbeing. Learn to change your heart rhythm pattern to create physiological coherence; a scientifically measurable state characterized by increased order and harmony in our mind, emotions and body.
Somatic Embodiment and Regulation
People who suffer from PTSD often experience difficulty regulating their fight-or-flight response. When we sense that we are unsafe, our sympathetic nervous system prepares us for fight or flight by triggering an increase in heart rate, blood pressure, and stress hormone production. Those having experienced trauma can feel stuck in this response or experience it at random times.
Somatic Embodiment and Reegulation works to control this response and calm the nervous system. Not only does this allow you to regulate your breathing and emotional response; it also increases connection with both the body and mind.
Animal Assisted Therapy–Come meet our Goats
Animals can provide a sense of calm, comfort, or safety and divert attention away from a stressful situation and toward one that provides pleasure. Advocates of animal-assisted therapy say that developing a bond with an animal can help people develop a better sense of self-worth and trust, stabilize their emotions, and improve their communication, self-regulation, and socialization skills.
Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk and talk therapy is a mindfulness-based body oriented therapy that can make it easier to relax, stop over thinking, release physical tension, breathe deep and receive mind-body insight while processing experiences in a different way. Walking side by side rather than sitting face to face enables some clients to feel more comfortable when sharing in the therapy process.
